Core Values - Community, making, focus on local consumers (designers and artisans).

Brand wants - With our Brand we want our image to be engaging, full of movement like our consumers who are always looking for new textile products.

logo type Research
Researching possible looks and Feels for Logo Mark
Searching the internet for "script" and "curly" logos helped me discover these logos which inspired the Logo Mark for Triangle Textiles. The treatment of imagery within the logo its self was also a inspiration for my design of Triangle Textiles and its use of the needle as a symbol in industry context.
Ideation
Exploration through Mapping and Sketching
A mind map and  morphological matrix was used to determine the style and type of imagery used for the logo mark. Then sketches where drawn based off the best tow selected imagery references.
Iteration
Design and Repeat
While iterating through my design marks I stuck with a theme and repeated as I got feedback. I then designed again using a different theme and repeat.
Validation
Google Searching Ideation Sketch for Similiar Logo types
To better understand and make sure design is reaching the right demographic of consumer and industry. I used google search to find visually similar logo marks as displayed below. The results where conclusive with supporting consumers of the same demographic and industry that Triangle Textiles was aiming for.
Typhanie Peterson Textiles - A fictional branding for a convention in Paris, France that holds conferences, trade shows and exhibitions for those in the textile industry.
Paris Textile Show - A fictional branding for a convention in Paris, France that holds conferences, trade shows and exhibitions for those in the textile industry.
Textura - Designed by Muamer Adilovic. Is a Fashion Design logo, intended for Textura a fashion company that works with models, agencies, and magazines, and the fashion scene.
Vimeo - Is a website where you can share videos. Created by a group of Film makers who wanted to share their creative work and personal moments from their lives. Works with video and Social Media.
Wireframes
Sketching for the Webpage layouts
To get interesting layouts for the website for Triangle Textiles some quick wireframes of the website where done and then ones that worked the best where stared and noted in my sketch book and then the designing can begin.
